About these tools
Every tool here is free and needs no signup. The calculators and quizzes show their formula in full and run entirely in your browser, so nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere. Most can be embedded on your own site with a copy-paste snippet from their page. If a term in a formula is unfamiliar, the HR and people analytics glossary defines it.
The three marked AI work differently, because they have to: what you type is sent over HTTPS to our own API, used to build a single request to Claude, and discarded when the request ends. It is never written to a database, kept in logs, or used for training. Those endpoints are rate limited, so heavy repeat use may be asked to wait.
