Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TeamPredict service (the “Service”), operated by Sensei Capital LLC (“TeamPredict,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent (“Customer”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
TeamPredict analyzes publicly available LinkedIn profile signals for the employees a Customer chooses to track and produces resignation-risk insights, including risk alert emails and a weekly digest email. Profile data is obtained through a third-party LinkedIn data API. The Service provides analytical signals only; it does not make employment decisions for you.
3. Customer Obligations and Lawful Basis
The Customer is the controller of the data about Monitored Individuals and is solely responsible for ensuring that its use of the Service is lawful. In particular, the Customer represents and warrants that it will:
- Establish and maintain a valid lawful basis for monitoring the employees it tracks;
- Provide any notice to, and obtain any consent from, monitored staff that is required under applicable employment, privacy, and monitoring laws in the relevant jurisdictions;
- Use the Service only for legitimate workforce-planning and retention purposes, and not to unlawfully discriminate, harass, or retaliate; and
- Comply with LinkedIn’s applicable terms and all other applicable laws.
TeamPredict is not responsible for the Customer’s failure to meet these obligations. See our Privacy Policy for how data is processed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted;
- Use the Service to stalk, surveil, or harm any individual, or for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; or
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Billing and Subscriptions
- The Service is offered on a per-tracked-employee basis at $5 per employee per month, or $50 per employee per year (approximately two months free), as selected at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
- When you stop tracking an employee mid-cycle, unused seat time is credited toward your next invoice.
- Fees are charged through our payment processor, Stripe. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing on prospective notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer data and third-party data), is owned by TeamPredict and its licensors. We grant the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the subscription term.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Resignation-risk scores and signals are probabilistic estimates derived from public data and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not a prediction of any individual’s actual intentions and must not be the sole basis for any employment or personnel decision.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamPredict and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount the Customer paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
9. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold TeamPredict harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of the Customer’s use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including any failure to provide required employee notice or to maintain a lawful basis for monitoring.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle remaining data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
