How does per-seat billing work?

A seat is a tracked employee. You choose exactly who to track. You pay $5 per tracked employee per month (or $50 per year). When you track or untrack people mid-cycle, your seat count updates automatically and the difference is prorated as charges or credits on your next invoice.

Can I track competitor employees on the same plan?

Yes. Competitor profiles are billed like any tracked employee ($5 per tracked profile per month) and they count toward your tracked-employee total on the same subscription.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Yes. You add a card at signup, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial includes up to 100 tracked employees.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your card on file is charged for your tracked seats and monitoring continues without interruption. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing: monitoring simply pauses.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel at any time and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. You can also untrack employees to shrink your bill. Unused time is credited on your next invoice (an active subscription always includes a minimum of one seat).

Yes: $50 per employee per year, which works out to $4.17 per employee per month - two months free compared to paying monthly.
