Public reactions and comments on your own company page’s recent posts: the same things anyone can see by opening the post on LinkedIn. TeamPredict syncs your page’s recent posts and their public engagement about once a week. ### Which employees show up on the leaderboard? Anyone on your TeamPredict roster whose public LinkedIn profile reacted to or commented on a tracked post. You also see how many tracked employees haven’t engaged with your recent posts, so you know how far your content actually reaches internally. ### Where do the suggested people come from? When someone who isn’t on your roster engages with at least three of your recent posts, TeamPredict suggests them as a potential addition. In practice these are often contractors, freelancers, agency partners, or new joiners who haven’t updated their LinkedIn profile yet. You can add them as a tracked employee in one click, or dismiss the suggestion. ### Does TeamPredict contact or notify anyone? No. TeamPredict never contacts, messages, or notifies anyone: it only reads public engagement on your own page’s posts. If you switch it on, it counts how many messages each person posts per week in the channels you select, which can include private channels the admin who connects it is already in. It never reads the text of any message and never reads or sends direct messages.
